ABOUT US

Justin Short has been nationally licensed and practicing Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine for the past 11 years in the Northern Virginia area.  Prior to that, he graduated from the Southwest Acupuncture College, Boulder Campus with a Master's of Science in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine.  He also earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology with a minor in Philosophy from Virginia Tech.

He has taught acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine, and supervised student clinics at the graduate level as an instructor at the Virginia University of Integrative Medicine in Fairfax, Virginia and King's Park University in Alexandria, Virginia.

Justin has also been studying, training, and teaching the internal martial arts of Tai Chi, Xinyi, and Bagua for the past 17 years, and is a certified instructor and has earned his sixth degree Black Belt.

Justin believes in a holistic approach to performance and health, and in helping people to help themselves. These beliefs led to the decision to practice Chinese medicine through which Justin is able to work with each person to help become them the best version of themselves.
